You can now settle disputes using our low cost, fixed fee, paper only Arbitration service without the need to issue lengthy and expensive court proceedings.

Any award made under this scheme is subject to the provisions of the Arbitrators Act 1996 and is as binding as an award made under established schemes.

We provide a speedy and economical service and aim to have awards written within 28 days of accepting the case and receiving all of the papers.  If that is not possible we will notify all parties before proceeding.

Situations where arbitration is suitable include alleged breaches of contract, or where there has been an accident with fault not in dispute and money damages are sought.  Non-monetary remedies are similarly available such as within neighbour disputes requiring a declaration on the position of a boundary.

Unsuccessful parties to arbitration do not get County Court Judgments registered against them as long as the award is met.
