Fees are negotiable, whether it be fixed fees for single hearings, or hourly/maximum rates for ongoing cases or CFAs, and all members accept intructions for Publicly Funded work.

 

Tristan Thwaites, Senior Clerk, has been with Chambers since its inception nearly twenty years ago, maintains regular contact with much of the local legal community, and has in-depth knowledge of regional court listing procedures.

 

Stephanie Mezulis, a skilled administrator, controls the daily court diary and oversees fees management.
