Lisa England is a civil practitioner and has been a member of Guildhall Chambers since 1998.  Her practice is mainly in the following areas:

Landlord and Tenant - possession actions for mortgagees/mortgagors, landlords and tenants in commercial and residential sector including claims for disrepair, etc.

Injunctions for infringements of easements and trespass.  Drafting and advising in all areas of L&T including leases and tenancy agreements. 

Personal Injury, claimant and defendant work including advocacy and drafting pleadings and advices.

Contract Law including consumer credit and all related matters.  Tort including negligence, nuisance, occupiers liability, trespass and Statutory Demands. 

Family, Children Act cases including Care Orders.
