Tim Concannon undertakes a wide range   of Common Law and Family work, both Public and Private, and Crime.  He has Reported cases in the fields of Real Property, Civil procedure and vicarious liability and has a specialty in financial tracing exercises, both Civil and Criminal, with related Trust Law.  He also deals with Land Law, including boundary disputes and easements. Having practiced as a solicitor, he has a good understanding of the needs of the private practitioner and what they expect from the Bar.
