Lincoln Brookes is a leading member of our Family Team. He is an experienced practitioner in the fields of Children Act work (both Private Law and Care Proceedings), Ancillary Relief, Cohabitee Disputes, Injunctive Relief, and Committal Applications.

He also has a broader Common Law Practice that includes Personal Injury work and Contractual disputes. His practice takes him from the County Court to the Court of Appeal.

He has a sympathetic but firm approach towards lay clients, balanced by a dogged determination in court.

In his private life he enjoys sailing, travel and computers.
